This is the nine-digit member identification number or nine-digit case identification number issued by the Tennessee Child Support Enforcement System (TCSES). To obtain your member and/or case ID numbers, refer to previous letters or notices you have received or call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-838-6911. This is a toll free number.

Social Security Number

This is the social security number for the custodial or non-custodial parent. If the parent's social security number is not on the Tennessee Child Support Enforcement System (TCSES), you cannot use the Payment Summary online service. Only the custodial or non-custodial parent can add their social security number to the system. If you are an attorney checking the case on their behalf, please notify your client to contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-838-6911. This is a toll free number.
