Business Information Search Help

GETTING THE WRONG HISTORY RESULTS?
Web browsers keep temporary Internet files (Web pages) in a memory cache on your computer for faster loading the next time you go to that site.

If you get information from previous search results when you click the "Business Filing History," try adjusting the temporary Internet files settings on your browser. There are four steps described below.

1. In your Web browser, go to Tools > Internet Options.

2. On the "General" tab, click "Settings."

3. Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages" click "Every visit to the page" and "OK."

4. Click "OK" to close Internet Options. You may have to close and reopen your browser to apply the new setting.

If you do this and are still getting old history results, you may have a proxy server on your network that could be caching the page. Ask your IT/Computer folks for assistance.
