Mr. Sensibaugh has spent his entire career working in the human resources field including assignments in personnel services, compensation, and employee benefits. He has held managerial positions in the areas of Compensation, Payroll, HR Information Technology, Employee Service Center, and Global Benefits. Currently, Mr. Sensibaugh is responsible for advancing the integrated health strategy for Eastman Chemical Company, specifically by integrating all health-related services to improve the health and productivity of employees, as well as the health of covered dependents and alumni.
