David C. Guth, Centerstone, Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder

Mr. Guth is responsible for the development of the future vision for Centerstone, Tennessee's largest and the nation's ninth largest behavioral healthcare provider. A private not-for-profit corporation with annual revenues in excess of $60 million, Centerstone's 1,000 staff provides treatment services for mental illness, emotional disorders, and substance abuse to people of all ages. These services are provided through a broad continuum of outpatient, community based, and residential programs located across the Middle Tennessee region. There are 65 Centerstone facilities (in 21 counties) and over 140 additional partnership locations (schools, neighborhood centers, and other agencies). Centerstone was created with the merger of Dede Wallace Center, Luton Mental Health Services, Elam Mental Health Clinic, Harriett Cohn Center, Columbia Area Mental Health Center, and Highland Rim Mental Health Center.
