9 months for cemeteries. 2 months for preneed sellers.
How much is the late fee?
Cemetery late fees are $150.00 per month. Preneed late fees are $200.00 per month.
What happens after the licensee has exceeded the grace period to renew?
A reinstatement application is needed. The reinstatement fee for cemeteries is $2,000.00. The reinstatement fee for preneed sellers is $1,000.00.
